Obvious UI Bug Fixes and smoother transitions between levels

Like the title states, i fixed UI bugs that prevented buttons being pressed and/or hid the cursor at the wrong time.
I also added smoother black fade transitions between levels to not make it so jarring
The Aim reticle was changed to a darker shade of blue so that it doesnt fade into the background as easily
Some minor sound issues were fixed
